Rewatched Richard II (part of The Hollow Crown series shown on BBC) recently + I actually appreciated a lot more 2nd time round. Truly excellent cast (not just Ben Whishaw but Patrick Stewart, Tom Hughes, Rory Kinnear + more) plus I loved the way it had been shot as a film rather than a stage play. Got new issue of Marie Claire - it had a piece on the day in the life of Karl Lagerfeld (I love his little kitty, Choupette) and an interview w/Diane Von Furstenberg and a profile of Stevie Nicks (I wish Mattel had done a Stevie Nicks Barbie). I quite liked Babylon (the C4 police drama/comedy directed by Danny Boyle w/James Nesbitt, Paterson Joseph, Jill Halfpenny + more) tho' I think it would have worked better if it had been shorter and they'd just concentrated on one storyline.
